Our family park is only 400 meters from the beach, making it a must for real beach lovers. There is a modern pavilion on the beach, which is open all year round. The park consists of an apartment complex and more than 300 bungalows.

This detached bungalow is in a beautiful location in the park and has its own driveway. The cozy bungalow is suitable for up to 6 people and has an open kitchen in the living room with sliding doors to the garden. The living room has a fireplace that you can light in the colder months. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Senseo and filter coffee maker, microwave and gas hob. There are 3 bedrooms, including an upstairs bedroom with a double bed with 1 mattress and a bedroom with 2 single beds. On the ground floor is the 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and a sink and there is a separate toilet. The house also has an internet connection and you can use free WI-FI in the house. The spacious sunny garden has a terrace with garden furniture and is completely fenced. Pets are also allowed, so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday here with the whole family and your four-legged friend.

Julianadorp is a place with clean sandy beaches, a beautiful dune area and ideally located in the bulb region of North Holland. Julianadorp consists of two parts, the center of Julianadorp and the seaside resort of Julianadorp aan Zee on the North Sea. Julianadorp aan Zee has an enchanting, long sandy beach. The beach is almost four kilometers long and quite wide. You can usually find a nice spot for a wonderful day at the beach. Even in good weather it is reasonably clear here. There is a spacious parking lot at every beach entrance and you can park your car or motorcycle completely free of charge. The cozy center of Julianadorp also invites you with many shops, restaurants and terraces.

In Julianadorp you can enjoy the endless flower fields that are in full bloom in spring. Or discover about two thousand different types of flowers in the Flora Garden. In the summer you are more than welcome in Julianadorp to enjoy the beach and all the water sports options. In autumn and winter, the dunes invite you to get some fresh air while walking or cycling. In short: Julianadorp is an ideal holiday destination all year round.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If an agreement is cancelled, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs in addition to the reservation and administration costs due (€ 75):

• Cancellation must be confirmed by e-mail within 48 hours after notification by telephone.

• In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before arrival date: you owe 20% of the travel sum to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.

• In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before arrival date: you owe 50% of the travel sum to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.

• In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the 14th day before arrival date: you owe 90% of the travel sum to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.

• In case of cancellation 2 weeks from the day of arrival or later, you owe the full travel sum to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.

If Strandzicht Verhuur BV is forced to cancel the holiday object you have reserved, for whatever reason, the following rules and obligations will be observed:

• Strandzicht Verhuur BV will first inform you of the cancellation by telephone, followed by a written confirmation.

• Strandzicht Verhuur BV is obliged to offer an equivalent or better holiday object as an alternative.

• Strandzicht Verhuur BV will try to offer the alternative under the same conditions (read: rent and extra costs), but cannot guarantee this. If the tenant does not accept the alternative, or if Strandzicht Verhuur BV cannot offer a suitable or equivalent alternative, the travel sum already paid will be refunded immediately to the tenant's account number. The tenant cannot derive any further rights than the amount already to be recovered as stated.
