Do you want to relax? On the edge of the beautiful dune area, in the cozy village of Groet, is our attractive, detached holiday home with lots of privacy and hot tub. The village center of Groet with cozy terraces and various restaurants is within walking distance. In five minutes walk you are in the silence and tranquility of forest and dunes.
It is a nice and cozy house, which is fully equipped for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.
The space
The holiday home (former coal shed from 1905) was completely modernized in 2019 and has a new, fresh bathroom, new toilet, new kitchen and a complete interior. You will quickly feel at home here!
The house has a low ceiling, the height is approximately 205cm. This makes the atmosphere cozy, but useful to know for the tall person among us.
The stairs to the top are a bit steep. Upstairs you can for safety, when the children are asleep and close the hatch. You go through the bedroom with the double bed to the second bedroom where there are 2 single beds. Downstairs you can easily put something in front of the stairs to ensure that small children cannot go upstairs.
The property has a garden with a hot tub. This hot tub is hybrid, both wood and electrically fired. The hot tub is for families or two adults.
The living room is bright and through the patio doors you reach the spacious and sunny backyard (southwestern location).
In the kitchen with dining area, you will find a 4-burner stove with extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee bean machine and complete kitchen utensils.
In the modern bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, bath, and sink. The toilet is separate.
You can also put on some relaxing music, because there is a bluetooth speaker available.
On the TV you can watch Nederland 1, 2 and 3 or stream via your own streaming apps.
You can park on the side of the house, with a private path to the house.
