Completely relax in this lovely holiday home near the dunes in a unique place. Peace and privacy are key.
MV8 is located in a unique spot in Egmond-Binnen, adjacent to the dunes, a lovely holiday home with lots of character. Come in and immediately experience the style and love with which the holiday home is built.

**The space**
The house is comfortably furnished and heated by a large wood stove. Two large sliding doors allow the house and terrace to flow into each other so that you can enjoy the outdoors.
The cottage has a spacious garden with two large trees, lots of greenery, a spacious terrace (plenty of sun and shade), choose your favorite sitting spot in the garden or fill the tub to take a lovely outdoor bath. There is a parking space for the car.
There is room to sleep both downstairs and upstairs. The loft / bedroom upstairs is accessible by a loft ladder. For small children (< 6 years) this staircase is less / not suitable. For safety, we have mounted a stair gate at the top. The loft / bedroom upstairs is in open connection with the living room.
The living room, dining area and kitchen are together for a real holiday feeling, cozy dining together or just relaxing and playing a game.

**The Location**
The cottage is really adjacent to the dune, which means that you drive into the country from the main road, after a small bumpy road you come to the lovely place with privacy and tranquility, now you can really relax.
The house is within walking distance (300 meters) of the dunes. You can easily cycle to the beach (2.5 km) through the dunes. Of course, you can also go by car to Castricum aan Zee (4.5) or to Egmond aan Zee (4 km). In Egmond-Binnen (1 km) there is a large supermarket. Alkmaar is 15 kilometres away, Haarlem is 25 kilometres away and Amsterdam is 40 kilometres away.
The Castricum/Bergen area is located 25 km from Schiphol Airport. During the day / early in the morning there may be air traffic from time to time (with southerly / southwesterly wind).
