This detached wooden chalet is located on the edge of the beautiful North Holland dune reserve.
The chalet is on the ground floor, with spacious terraces all around, lots of privacy and various seating areas and two sun beds. Unobstructed view over bulb fields and dunes, just 3 km from the quiet beach of Egmond. Can be reached within walking or cycling through the dunes.
Near Castricum, Alkmaar and Egmond aan Zee with cozy boulevard and center.

Maximum 2 people, no smoking, no pets.

Layout chalet:
Through the entrance you enter the spacious cozy living room with a sofa and two armchairs and a 40-inch flat screen SMART TV, dining table, patio doors to the south-facing sun terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and plenty of storage space.
Through the hall with wardrobe and separate toilet you enter a spacious bedroom with a second TV and plenty of storage space.
The bed has 2 single mattresses 80x200 and 2 single duvets.
The bathroom has a shower and sink.
The entire chalet has central heating.

WIFI is included.
Books and games available.

The chalet is surrounded by spacious terraces, two sunbeds, various seats and a large parasol, offering plenty of opportunity to enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful view and the healthy sea air all day long.
Cushions for the garden chairs are available in the cushion box.
The chalet is located on the edge of the park surrounded by a private garden with lighting and lots of privacy.


Within walking distance from the park you can reach the beautiful North Holland dune reserve; dune map available and bicycles for rent at the reception.
