Modernized holiday home close to the beach
Gestrand is a modernized holiday home where you will quickly feel at home. The house is located in a beautiful quiet area of Egmond and with a few minutes walk you can walk to the large beach of Egmond by the sea or the cozy village center.

The space
Stranded can accommodate 4 people and pets are allowed. Enter through your own private entrance. The mottled kitchen immediately catches the eye, of course fully equipped, such as a Nespresso macine, filter coffee and a dishwasher. Then you can enter the nice spacious living room, with both the dining table and a nice sitting area with TV. The bedrooms are located upstairs, they can be reached via an open staircase, 2 separate bedrooms with 1 single beds. There is also a nice wardrobe and sink upstairs. The bathroom is located on the ground floor, where you will find the toilet and a shower. The terrace can be found at the rear of the house, the screened terrace gives privacy.
The Location
Gestrand is located in a quiet location in Egmond aan Zee and very central. The cozy village center of Egmond aan Zee can be reached within a few minutes' walk and there you will find a variety of nice shops. The beach is also just a few minutes away from Gestrand, visit one of the cozy beach restaurants or enjoy a nice walk along the beach. In addition, the North Holland dune reserve is also within walking distance, enjoy a walk in nature. In short, Gestrand is an ideal base to enjoy the area and each other.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation by the guest: You are not entitled to a free cancellation right. The rental price as stated on the invoice and paid by you includes cancellation protection that allows you to cancel subject to the applicable cancellation conditions. The current cancellation conditions that apply to your booking can be found in your travel agreement.

You can cancel the booking at any time before the arrival date. We process cancellations during business days. If a cancellation reaches us after the end of a business day, we will process the cancellation within 2 business days. The next working day determines the cancellation costs.

If you cancel 28 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, if you cancel within 28 days and 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, you will not receive a refund
