In front of the house is a nice bench available for guests on a cozy little square and a stone's throw away is the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee.

In addition to a view of the lighthouse, the big advantage of this Dream Villa is of course its ideal location in the center of Egmond aan Zee. The beach, dunes, shop and restaurants are within walking distance of the holiday home. But the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are also worth a visit.
