From your terrace you look out over the renovated mill and the dune landscape. You can also enjoy all the comforts you want in a holiday home inside and on a cold day you can sit by the fireplace.

On the ground floor are the living room with a view of the mill, a cozy sitting area and a fireplace, a TV, the dining table, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Through the patio doors you can step onto the terrace and into the garden. On the first floor there are 3 bright bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds) and a beautiful bathroom with a shower, sink and even a sauna!
Environment
The holiday home is only 2 km from the beach and the sea, so you can cycle there in no time. For daily shopping you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance. In the area there is something for everyone, the cozy village of Egmond aan Zee is 1.5 km away, the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are also worth a visit. If you want to find peace and quiet or just be sporty, go to the beach, the dunes or the woods, these places are also not far away.
