The main residence is equipped with all modern conveniences and has recently been renovated. Here you will find a double bedroom, stylish bathroom, modern open kitchen and spacious living room with Smart TV. On the other side of the garden you will find the cozy guest house with a double bed and a private shower, toilet and Smart TV. For enthusiasts there is also an outdoor shower with cold and hot water.

Do you like the outdoors and the sun? Good news. Due to the location of the garden and the various seating areas, you can enjoy the sun all day long and complete privacy. The covered Ibiza-style terrace guarantees cozy outdoor dining with all your guests and extra long fun on summer evenings. In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
