Lovely wooden holiday home in a beautiful 5000m2 garden with private pond and fish ditch

the IJsselmeer is a 5-minute walk away for all types of water sports, swimming, sailing, etc.

Via the ancient Omringdijk you can visit old VOC towns by bike or on foot (6km) via the dike such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen, Medemblik. Cycle or walk.

Steam train from Hoorn to Medemblik or by boat from Enkhuizen to Stavoren. various museums: Steam museum, Zuiderzee museum Fairytale Wonderland (especially for children) etc.

I think it's a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a real Dutch picture. The water, the private pond, the beautiful IJsselmeer with the boats and many birds provide peace and a holiday feeling. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
