There is the small courtyard with a Mediterranean appearance
A covered terrace at the front door.
This terrace is so sheltered that it can be enjoyed early in the year
coffee can be drunk.
At the rear is a large terrace with lounge set, cushion box, stone table and loose parasols.
There is a large pallet stove and a large smart TV. The 2 smart TVs work via WiFi.

Do you enjoy cooking?
There is a well-stocked crockery cupboard.
There is a combination oven, large electric hob, electric table grill, kettle, 3 coffee makers, filter, Senseo and Nespresso,
There is a milk frother, hand blender,
an air fryer, slow cooker, toaster, citrus juicer, large wok, large frying pan, extra large soup pot
A very large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher.

In the large hall there is the infrared sauna, washing machines, dryers and there is the toilet, bathroom with shower and large bath
and a double bedroom.

Upstairs is the family bedroom with 4 beds
and a double bedroom.
Please note there is 1 bathroom and toilet.

This house is ready to move in.
Everything is there!
Also garden cushions.

Bed linen, towels, washcloths, shower towel, tea towels, kitchen towels, toilet towel.
Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, kitchen roll, anti-limescale, toilet block, toilet cleaner, toilet paper and waste bags.
If you run out of something, purchase it yourself.
And report it by email so it can be taken with you. That saves us a lot of driving!

Arrival 5:00 PM .
You will receive 2 telephone numbers.
Call when you are in the large parking lot for the barrier pass.

These people could be at work or driving their cars. You don't have to wait.
You can call the other number immediately!

Then you drive to the house, 1.4 km.
There is parking space next to and in front of the house.
There you call again for the house key and a small tour.

Waste:
Collect all waste properly separated.
Hang all bags next to the container in the parking lot.
Every 14 days on Thursday, put the gray container outside at the end of the road.
First put the remaining waste in the container!
Then fill it up with all the waste!
The waste is sorted later.

In warm weather, water the grass
+ water the pot of plants with the electric pump.

Collect beds and laundry
so that nothing needs to be washed unnecessarily

= administration (25), (100) wifi, park, waste, etc. + purchasing and replenishing items.
