From the house you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips. Or visit the Burgundian city of Breda, the Efteling or a boat trip in the Biesbosch National Park. There is plenty to do for a long holiday.
You enter the house through a key safe. The house is on the ground floor and equipped with a cooling / heating system, in the bathrooms there is also underfloor heating.
Ground floor
Entrance with wardrobe and toilet.
The living room has a modern design with modern furniture such as a lovely lounge sofa and TV. The glass front in the living room provides wonderful light. The doors can be opened in good weather.
Open kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer , combi oven/microwave, Nespresso machine (Magimix – bring your own cups) and kettle. Dining table with 4 chairs.
2 Bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with a double duvet.
2 Bathrooms en-suite, one with bath and one with shower. Both have a sink and toilet.
Enclosed garden with dining table and chairs and hot tub (wood for a fee).
The garden will be planted in spring 2023 and is not yet fully grown.
Only electric barbecue allowed (bring your own or rent).
For reasons of tranquility, the house is not rented to young people < 30 years.

- Landgoed Bergvliet has an 18-hole golf course and a par 3 course, there is also a restaurant and bar and wellness resort Spa One, the most sustainable and environmentally friendly wellness complex in the South of the Netherlands with saunas, whirlpools and swimming pools.

- Day out to Efteling, Safari Park and Speelland Beekse Bergen
- In Den Hout (4 km) is the Koeckershuis, a pancake house with playground
- The Burgundian city of Breda with its many terraces, shops and eateries is about a 10-minute drive away
- Breda's sports boulevard is about a 10-minute drive away, with a skating rink (mid-October - mid-March) and a racket center (tennis, squash, badminton, volleyball).
