A luxurious and modern holiday home, hidden between the Brabant farmlands of the Oosterhout forests, where you can enjoy wellness, golf and nature. The house is sustainably built and has been rented out since spring 2023. Luxurious, hip and contemporary characterize the house. The use of high-quality materials, tasteful décor and a private hot tub make this house a nice place to relax. The house is located on the Bergvliet estate, next to the holiday park, which also has an 18-hole golf course and the most sustainable wellness centre Spa One. From home you can make beautiful walking or cycling trips, enjoy Burgundian in Breda, a day at Efteling or visit the Biesbosch National Park. There is plenty of variety for a weekend away or longer holiday.
Holiday home de Witte Bergvliet - approx. 100 m² - 4 persons
The detached house is modernly furnished according to the latest fashion trends with warm colors and materials.
It is located next to holiday park Bergvliet, but is not part of it.
You enter the house by means of a key safe. The house is on one level and equipped with a cooling/heating system, the bathrooms also have underfloor heating.
Inside
- Entrance with toilet.
- Living room with a comfortable lounge sofa and TV. A glass front at both the front and rear makes the living room wonderfully light.
- Open kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer, combi oven/microwave, Nespresso machine (Magimix – bring your own cups) and kettle.
- Dining table with 4 chairs.
- 2 Bedrooms each with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) with double duvet.
- 2 Bathrooms en-suite one with bath and one with shower. Both have a sink and toilet.
- Washing machine and dryer.
Outside
- Through the living room you reach the terrace with 2 sun loungers.
- Hot tub (wood for a fee).

- Because of the peace and quiet, the house is not rented to young people or partygoers
- In the basement is an apartment, which has its own entrance. However, you will have complete privacy

- Distance from Utrecht in approx. 62 km
- Center of Oosterhout at about 5 km, a supermarket at about 2 km
- Landgoed Bergvliet has an 18-hole golf course and a par 3 course, there is also a restaurant and bar. As a guest of Special Villas, you will receive a discount on the green fee.
- The wellness resort Spa One (2 minutes walk from the house) is also located on the Bergvliet estate and is the most sustainable and environmentally friendly wellness complex in the south of the Netherlands with saunas, whirlpools and swimming pools.
- Within a 5-minute walk you will find 2 good restaurants: Food and drinks at Groen and the Houtse Meer.
- For bread, pastries, coffee, lunch and catering meals you can go to the Jong-DELI, about 5 minutes by car. Can also be ordered at the reception of the Bergvliet estate.
- From home you can walk straight into nature, the wooded area of the Vrachelse Heide is ideal for mountain bikers, cyclists and hikers. You can also stroll on the Loonse and Drunense Dunes in the wild drifting sand area.
- The Liberation Route Brabant tells the story of the liberation, but also shows what the Second World War meant for ordinary people from Brabant. In Oosterhout, there are memorial poles at various locations that tell stories in the footsteps of the liberators.
- The Zuidwaterlinie was already one of the most important Dutch defense lines 450 years ago. The Zuiderwaterlinie is the oldest, longest and most used of all Dutch waterlines and runs right through Brabant and Oosterhout. You can see the history in various places such as De Linie van Den Hout, the Slotbosse Tower and the Zuidwaterlinie Wandelpad.

- In Den Hout (4km) is the Koeckershuis, a pancake house with playground
- The Burgundian city of Breda with its many terraces, shops and eateries is about a 10-minute drive away
- The sports boulevard of Breda is about a 10-minute drive away with a skating rink (mid-October - mid-March) and racket center (tennis, squash, badminton, volleyball).
