"One of a Kind" is without a doubt applicable as a description of this special place. The design pavilion (with heated saltwater swimming pool and hot tub) is THE place to enjoy "all the good things that life has to offer" and this in complete privacy on a fully enclosed area in the green. In the evening you can dine in the covered "Pool House" which is equipped with a fireplace and then relax on the "lounge terrace". There are 4 comfortable sunbeds at the pool to enjoy the sun, but there is always a place in the shade.

The house is within cycling distance of the nature reserves and the Burgundian center of both Oisterwijk and the historic center of Den Bosch.

The house is fully equipped. It is wonderful to sleep on the mattress (210 x 160 cm.) of 5 star hotel quality. From the rain shower you have a view of the garden and the swimming pool. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped (including Nespresso machine, double oven, cooking on gas and Cooker). But the good restaurants in Oisterwijk and Den Bosch will certainly also lure.

On the first floor is the 2nd bedroom with sink and 2nd toilet. This bedroom has a double bed of 200 x 140 cm.

You can connect your laptop or phone to the high-quality sound system via wifi and use this to create your own mini concert in the woods. Don't feel like noise? Then maybe find some wood to light a fire in the outdoor kitchen or at the lounge area on the terrace. And then perhaps cool off during a nightly dip in the heated and illuminated saltwater pool. (in use from May 1 to October 1)

There is also a hot tub. This is included in the rental price for a stay of 2 weeks.
This can be used unlimited and there is a starting stock of dry wood available.

Of course, thanks to the fiber optic connection, the house is equipped with fast wireless internet (also outside).

Squirrels & Co has been used several times in recent years as a location for photo+ and film shoots, but the leading role may now be reserved for you and your family or friends.

Rental summer season:
The property is normally rented for a period of 7 or 14 days.

Additional costs:
The costs for the final cleaning of the house are € 145,- . The deposit is: € 500, - To be paid in consultation with the rental price or (if desired) cash on arrival.

My name is Ruud Bos and I am a furniture designer by profession, but since a few years I have also been active in devising and realizing special holiday locations. In 2016 this special home came into my possession and I put the last points on the I with the construction of a swimming pool, hot-tub and covered outdoor area. I myself currently live in the house for a few months a year. Various furniture designs have been used in and around the house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Ask for the special price for the rental of 2 consecutive weeks.
For the rental of 1 week there is a small surcharge of € 150 per week outside the high season if you wish to use the upper floor. (for example if you wish to come with 3 or 4 people).
After your booking you will receive the rental agreement and the rental conditions.

The cancellation policy is as follows;

In case of cancellation more than 72 days before the start of the rental period:Refund of the deposit excluding € 200, -
In case of cancellation between the 71st and the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rent, being the deposit.
In case of cancellation between the 41st and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the total rent.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rent.

If a tenant is found for the cancelled period, the landlord will credit or refund all rental costs due or paid. this excl. € 200,- ( booking fee)
