All-inclusive Luxury and Relaxation with private sauna
Thank you for finding our advertisement! From now on (April 2026) we will rent out this completely new wellness bungalow with sauna in Baarle-Nassau. We bought the bungalow as a ruin and completely renovated and extended it with one goal in mind: to create a place where luxury and comfort come together, so that you only have to enjoy. Our bungalow is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so you can enjoy optimal peace and privacy here. In front of the house is a lovely lawn, nice for a game of football or badminton, and from there a view of the open fields.
But are you looking for fun? Then you can walk straight into the park. At the front of the restaurant is a lovely outdoor pool (renovated last year), so while the parents have a bite to eat together on the terrace, the kids can take a dip. The tennis court, football and basketball court are also located here.
To make the stay as carefree as possible, we have chosen to rent out all-inclusive. This means that the beds are made upon arrival, towels are ready, there is coffee/tea and some goodies for the first day and some delicious care products. So you don't have to go directly to the store for the little things.
Layout of the 6-person bungalow
As soon as you step into the spacious living room with the lovely sofa, adjacent to the dining room with kitchen, you feel the space. Whether it's the middle of summer and the air conditioning is cooling, or a chilly winter's day where you light the underfloor heating and the fireplace: the climate is always perfect. In the living room there is a large smart television (logging in with your own streaming services is possible) and there is a surround system from sonos. So listen to music by the fireplace or experience a movie intensely. French doors from the living room to the beautiful large terrace which is south facing. At the back of the house we have realized another terrace, which is in the shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped and really the heart of the house. Combi oven, dishwasher, nespresso machine, large fridge, plenty of cupboard space with more than enough crockery. In the kitchen is also the large dining table that can easily seat 8 people.
And do you really want to relax? Then step into your own private sauna. After a day outside, there is nothing better than completely unwinding here. This is located in the luxurious bathroom with rain shower.
The sleeping places are divided into 3 bedrooms. Two spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds (1 bedroom with extra TV), One bedroom with a sturdy loft bed and an extra box-spring bed. A cot can easily be added here.
Excursions
Baarle-Nassau / Baarle-Hertog, Efteling (30 min), Beekse Bergen (30 min), Tilburg, Breda, the bungalow is on the border with Belgium so explore across the border (great to try the supermarket in Belgium), rent bicycles, from the park there are walking routes in the forest.
