Spend the night and relax in a homely atmosphere.
Our very spacious Villa is an ideal location if you want to spend a few days with family or friends or business in a quiet green environment.
The fully restored doctor's villa from 1908 has 11 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 24 people in an enclosed garden.

A game of pool together in the large living room, or jeu de boules outside, around the ping pong table or in the wood-fired hot tub. As an extra option, you can use our infrared cabin. But above all, being together at a large long table for breakfast, lunch or a delicious dinner provided according to your wishes.

The attractive bedrooms are for 24 people, two rooms with 3 people and have box-spring beds of 2.20 meters long. All rooms are equipped with washbasins and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped. There are long tables where you can all eat or have a drink together. A beamer is available. There is plenty of private parking at the Villa

The Villa is located on the edge of the Annapark and is within walking distance of the lively city center of Venray. In addition to nice shops, cozy terraces, Venray also has a theater and a cinema. In the vicinity are golf courses, the Maas and various attractions.
Our villa also offers many business opportunities such as team building activities or a business training including overnight stays.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price and price change.
1. The price is agreed on the basis of the rates applicable at that time, which have been determined by the entrepreneur.
2.If, after the agreement price has been determined, additional costs arise as a result of a change in charges and/or levies that directly relate to the accommodation or the contractor and/or the group members, due to an increase in charges on the part of the entrepreneur, these may be passed on to the contracting party, even after the agreement has been concluded.

Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation, the contractor will pay compensation to the entrepreneur amounting to:
  •  in case of cancellation more than twelve months before the commencement date, 10% of the corresponding price;
  • In case of cancellation more than six months before the commencement date, 30% of the agreed price:
  • in case of cancellation within four to six months before the commencement date, 70% of the agreed price;
  • in case of cancellation within two to four months before the commencement date, 80% of the agreed price;
  • In case of cancellation within two months before the commencement date, 95% of the agreed price.
In the event of a cancellation more than six months before the commencement date of the agreement, which is entered into by or on behalf of a person other than a legal entity or  company, the compensation, after deduction  of  administration costs, must be refunded  proportionately, if  the  group accommodation is reserved by a third party for the same period or part thereof.
In all other cases, the fee will be refunded proportionately, after deduction of administration costs, if the group accommodation is reserved for the same period by a third party on the recommendation of the contracting party and with the written consent of the entrepreneur. Additional costs
