Our holiday home is a detached comfortable 6-person holiday bungalow and is located in the bungalow park, 'Parc des Trois Frontières', directly on the Malensbos in Gemmenich / Vaals. The secluded garden provides a beautiful view of the vast surroundings.
From the living room you have direct access to the terrace through French doors. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, Senseo and classic coffee maker, combination microwave with oven function. You cook on induction.
Ground floor: Two double bedrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed. The other bedroom has box springs. You will also find the bathroom here with shower, toilet and sink.
1st floor: On this floor there are one double bedroom, two of which have box springs.
You can use wireless internet in the house free of charge.
The smart TV televise has reception from Canaal Digitaal and is also equipped with a built-in Chromecast, making it possible to cast your own apps such as Youtube, Netflix, Ziggo via the TV.
The holiday home is detached and has a spacious garden around the house. The garden is not fenced.
Public transport is available, but a private car is essential. The house has free WIFI.
No additional costs will be charged for energy!
From Gemmenich / Vaals you can reach Maastricht, Heerlen, Valkenburg, Liège, Aachen, the German Eifel and the Belgian Ardennes in a short time. You can use the indoor swimming pool of Landal Hoog Vaals (for a fee), located 5 km from the house.
We do not provide bed, bath and kitchen linen.
