Our nature house is a detached comfortable 6-person holiday bungalow and is located in the bungalow park, 'Parc des Trois Frontières', directly on the Malensbos in Gemmenich / Vaals. The secluded garden provides a beautiful view of the vast surroundings.

From the living room you have direct access to the terrace through French doors. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, Senseo and classic coffee maker, combination microwave with oven function. You cook on induction.

Ground floor: Two double bedrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed. The other bedroom has box springs. You will also find the bathroom here with shower, toilet and sink.

1st floor: On this floor there are one double bedroom, two of which have box springs.

You can use wireless internet in the house free of charge.

The smart TV televise has reception from Canaal Digitaal and is also equipped with a built-in Chromecast, making it possible to cast your own apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Ziggo via the TV.

The holiday home is detached and has a spacious garden around the house. The garden is not fenced.

Public transport is available, but a private car is essential. The house has free WIFI.

No additional costs will be charged for energy!

From Gemmenich / Vaals you can reach Maastricht, Heerlen, Valkenburg, Liège, Aachen, the German Eifel and the Belgian Ardennes in a short time. You can use the indoor swimming pool of Landal Hoog Vaals (for a fee), located 5 km from the house.

We do not provide bed, bath and kitchen linen.

We have been the proud owners of Holiday Home P3F since 1997. Together with many other families we have had many nice holidays in Gemmenich. Enjoy the sunny terrace, the long walks in the wooded area or the many nice terraces in the hills.

For a few days you imagine yourself abroad. The beautiful historic cities such as Maastricht, Aachen and Liège are just a stone's throw away. We would like to welcome you in our holiday home.

Are you canceling within 14 days of making your reservation? Then you will receive 100% of the travel sum back.
Are you canceling later than 14 days after making your reservation? Then you will receive 70% of the travel sum back.
Is your arrival date within 30 days? Then unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund. You then pay 100% of the travel sum.

The bungalow is not available online at this time. During 2015 it will be built. You can still use the free WiFi available at the administration office at the height of the entrance to the park.

The bungalow is equipped with anti-allergic duvets and pillows. Duvet Linen is not in the bungalow. This you must bring your own. All our beds are equipped with 1-duvets. The children's furniture is already in the bungalow and is free to use. There is no duvet in the cot.

You must leave the bungalow clean after your departure. We have drawn up a cleaning guide for this. You must adhere to this instruction.

The bungalow is situated on an approximately 30 acre resort. The park itself has NO amenities / facilities. A holiday village where peace, quiet and natural characteristics are. For more information please us a question via the site.
