On request we can also lend you an air-fryer that we would like to get back cleaned.


Bedrooms:

Enjoy restful nights in the three bedrooms that the bungalow offers. The double bedroom has a 2 person box spring for optimal comfort. In addition, there are two single bedrooms available, perfect for extra guests or children.

There are spacious storage cupboards in all bedrooms.


Living room:

Relax in the renovated living room, where a flat-screen TV invites you to cozy evenings. Snuggle up on the comfortable sofa and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
