Our holiday home was completely rebuilt and renovated in August 2024. This luxurious and comfortable house has been furnished with a lot of love and care. The cottage is taken care of down to the last detail and everything is there. It can accommodate two (max 3) people and is located in a quiet and green holiday park in Simpelveld (a charming village at the gateway to the Mergelland). Our detached house has 1 upper floor and has a stylishly furnished living room, a luxurious open kitchen, two beds (160x200, 140x200; on the 1st floor), a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, parasol and lockable bicycle shed. The house is comfortable in all seasons due to the wonderful underfloor heating and cooling air conditioning. The front door opens and closes via the key and the tedee app. Finally, there is a coffee capsule machine with Dolce Gusto cups and a Senseo coffee maker with coffee pads.
The holiday park is located in a beautiful region, ideal for lovers of hiking, cycling and nature. Simpelveld is centrally located in relation to the South Limburg tourist attractions as well as Belgium and Germany. The accessibility is excellent, with good connections to surrounding towns and villages, and the N281 a stone's throw away.
