Huisje 118 is a comfortable detached bungalow with air conditioning, located on the quiet bungalow park Groenpark in Simpelveld, in the middle of the hilly landscape of South Limburg. The cottage is located directly on a large playing field and has its own terrace with garden furniture and a parasol.
The location offers the ideal base for cycling tours and beautiful walks. Bicycle rental is available in front of the park entrance.
Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash outside.
The bungalow park is located on a plateau between the Nyswillerbos and the valley of the Eyserbeek, which provides a quiet and green environment. Walking and cycling routes are available in the immediate vicinity, as well as attractions such as the Miljoenenlijn; a historic railway line with steam trains at the picturesque platform in Simpelveld, Mondo Verde, Snowworld, Gaia Zoo, swimming paradise Mosaqua and Aquana, wellness Thermae 2000 and a tennis and padel court located next to the park.
In addition, cities such as Valkenburg, Aachen and Maastricht are within a range of max. 30 minutes by car, for cultural outings and the famous Christmas markets.
Within the municipality there are several cozy restaurants to eat out. At the entrance of the park is restaurant de 3-sprong and at the back of the park is brasserie Perron 4. In the center of Simpelveld there are, among other things: Shoko and various snack bars. And in Bocholtz there is an Italian restaurant and lunch café old Bocholtz.
This is also the ideal place to spend the night for events, such as Pinkpop and carnival.
