Close to MAASTRICHT (15 min), VALKENBURG and ROERMOND (10 min), in HOSPITABLE and Burgundian LIMBURG you will find this LUXURIOUS and spacious chalet. It is located on a cozy holiday park in Susteren.
The house has a cozy living room, 3 spacious bedrooms (with closets), a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. The open kitchen is fully equipped.
You can park your car in front of the door!
The large south-facing garden ensures that you can enjoy the sun all day long.
LIMBURG CHALET is located on a real FAMILY PARK and is the perfect base for many types of trips including amusement parks, golf courses (opposite the park), city trips, museums, shopping and much more.
Boredom is impossible! There is also a lot to do in Winter, think of the Christmas markets and often snow in the hills.

Germany and Belgium are just around the corner. With so many activities at your fingertips, you'll run out of time to see it all in one holiday.
Also in WINTER , the chalet is a good base for many activities. Visit the many CHRISTMAS MARKETS in the area (VALKENBURG, MAASTRICHT and GERMANY), or just enjoy the winter atmosphere in general. Enjoy walking or cycling or shopping at the outlet in Roermond. With a bit of luck, there will be snow in the Limburg hills and you can go cross-country skiing or sledding!

We, Ries and Anne, wish you a warm welcome to the site of our wonderful holiday home (2-5 people) 15 minutes from MAASTRICHT and ROERMOND. Holiday in Limburg is a special experience. The people are friendly and hospitable, you will find the most beautiful places in beautiful surroundings. The house is located in Susteren on a real family park. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We ask you to book at least 7 days in advance to arrange the key collection. If you book shorter in advance, we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible (sorry).
You can only book a single night if it follows a Week.
The prices include parking space and exclude bed linen (€7.50 p.p) and a deposit of €300.

Additional information

At the park you will find everything that will make your holiday unforgettable. There is plenty to do for young and old. Play, games and sports facilities for young and old. There are bouncy castles, playground equipment, miniature golf, a petting zoo and much more. Swimming in the recreational pond is allowed from 1 May to 15 September. The modern restaurant serves snacks, lunch and dinner. You can do your shopping at the supermarkets in the area or the small supermarket at the reception.

Susteren is situated in the narrowest part of Limburg. BELGIUM and GERMANY are not even 5 km away.
Cities like Maastricht, Valkenburg, Aachen, Maaseik and Roermond are easy and fast to reach.
GAIA ZOO in Kerkrade (the best zoo in the Netherlands) and the World Mondo Verde in Landgraaf are a stone's throw away.
Other parks that you do not want to miss are the Castle Gardens in Arcen (near Venlo) and Castle Park in Born (a ruined castle with a zoo).
Amusement park TOVERLAND, Fairytale Forest in Valkenburg and Steinerbos are some of the many attractions for children in the neighborhood.
For days with bad weather, there are several indoor playgrounds in the neighborhood.
In the IJZEREN FOREST next to the park you find exciting hiking and cycling routes.
Right next to HOMMELHEIDE is the GOLFcourse Echt-Susteren.

Near RESORT LIMBURG are numerous indoor and outdoor ACTIVITIES for children and adults.
- In Born you find CASTLE PARK BORN, a ruined castle with a zoo.
- In ECHT is an outdoor playground, VALDELUDO.Cable cars, climbing ropes and a pond ensure that your child has a wonderful time.
- In VALKENBURG you find the enchanted forest and funpark de VALKENIER.
- In SEVENUM combines the nicest themepark of 2012, TOVERLAND, indoor and outdoor activities.
- If you have a bad weatherday you can go to the indoor playgrounds;
In ECHT is THE BALLOON.
In HEERLEN you find KINDERSTAD and in HASSELT (Belgium) you find indoor PLOPSALAND.
- SNOWWORLD LANDGRAAF is always fun for skiing and snowboarding.

For those who want to shop we have the following suggestions:
1. SITTARD is the nearest town.
2. MAASTRICHT is welknown.
3. In ROERMOND you'll find Designer Outlet Roermond. Here are known brands sold at large discounts.
Do not forget to visit ROERMOND city center. It has a beautifull old center with a shopping area just for pedestrians and a wide variety of shops.
4. In BEEK is covered shopping mall Makado.
5. In MAASMECHELEN (Belgium) is an indoor mall and you will find an outlet with 95 luxury boutiques.

In ECHT on Wednesday afternoon.
In SITTARD is the big market on Thursday. On Saturday SITTARD has a fruit and vegetable market.ROERMOND has a very large market on Saturday mornings and in MAASEIK (Belgium) is a market on Wednesday.
If you're in Belgium do not forget to buy some delicious CHOCOLATE!

There are some wonderful museums nearby.
CASTLE HOENSBROEK (in Hoensbroek), THE LACEFACTORY in Horst, The Museum "BACK IN TIME" in Horn and many more.
THE "Continium" in Kerkrade is a museum for little EINSTEINS.
At the reception you will find discount tickets for most of the museums.

If you book a stay in December, you can enjoy the MAGICAL CHRISTMAS ATMOSPHERE in Limburg. The CHRISTMAS MARKETS in the VALKENBURG CAVES are unique. VALKENBURG (35km) The nicest, oldest and most visited underground CHRISTMAS MARKET in Europe will take place this year from 17 November to 30 December 2023. After visiting the CHRISTMAS MARKET you can enjoy the underground Christmas Miniature World in the Christmas caves of MERGELRIJK. Twice a week, the enchantingly lit Christmas Fairytales Parade passes through Valkenburg until December 20, 2023. Book your spot in LIMBURG CHALET now and visit CHRISTMAS TOWN Valkenburg and ROERMOND (15 km). Santa Claus also comes to Roermond every year. SITTARD (10 km) has the intimate winter dream world (Wèntjer Druim) in the historic city center during Christmas time. Take a look at the locks in Maasbracht. With a drop of 12m, the largest drop in the Netherlands. Impressive how large container ships maneuver through this! Afterwards, relax on a terrace by the harbor.
