Surrounded by nature, in a quiet location, sitting on your own lounge deck from where you can enjoy this spectacular view all year round, you get the feeling of pure freedom. The use of different natural materials and colors creates a peaceful atmosphere.
There is also a private garden that you can use.
The space
The modern new-build houseboat (2022) has underfloor heating and consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen (fridge freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso & kettle), a separate bedroom, with a handy and raised box-spring bed (160x200cm) and you can comfortably get in and out to the left and right of the bed!
The bathroom may not be that big, but it is very thoughtfully furnished with shower, toilet and sink (incl. hair dryer & towel warmer).
