Holiday home "De Labrador" is a 4-person detached holiday home, located in a wooded area with a spacious, fully fenced garden.
Layout: Entrance / hall with toilet, storage cupboard, bathroom with bath, separate shower and sink. Living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden. Open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and cozy dining area. 3 Bedrooms (master bedroom and 2 single bedrooms). Covered terrace and spacious, fenced garden with rear entrance.
Parking on site for 2 cars.
Fully enclosed garden (plot area ± 750 m²), fence height ± 1 meter.
The garden is surrounded by trees, but nevertheless there is always a sun and shade spot due to the width and depth of the garden.
The holiday home is non-smoking.
There is the possibility to opt for made beds, but you can also bring your own bed linen. Duvets (1 person) and mattress protectors are provided.
Cots and high chairs are free on request, subject to availability.
Bench (various sizes) are also free on request, subject to availability.
If you want to come with more than 3 dogs or on a different date than the reservation system indicates, please contact us. In consultation, something is often possible.
The holiday homes "The Labrador", "The Flatcoated" and "The Dalmatian" are next to cq. one after the other, making these 3 cottages also very suitable for a family or friends holiday.
The holiday homes are located on a (dead-end) path with only local traffic (6 houses on the left and 6 houses on the right).
