Holiday home "De Flatcoated" is a 4-person detached holiday home, located in a wooded area with a spacious, fenced garden.

Open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and cozy dining area. 3 Bedrooms (master bedroom and 2 single bedrooms). Covered terrace and spacious, fenced garden with rear entrance.
Parking on site for 2 cars.
Fully fenced garden (plot area ± 750 m²), fence height ± 1 meter, in front of which there are many trees and shrubs.
The garden is surrounded by trees, but nevertheless there is always a sun and shade spot due to the width and depth of the garden.
Cot and high chair are available on request, as well as a crate for the dog.
Maximum 3 dogs welcome, more on request.
The holiday homes "The Labrador", "The Flatcoated" and "The Dalmatian" are next to cq. one after the other, making these 3 cottages also very suitable for a family or friends holiday.
The holiday homes are located on a (dead-end) path with only local traffic (6 houses on the left and 6 houses on the right).
There is the possibility to opt for made beds, but you can also bring your own bed linen. Duvets (1 person) and mattress protectors are provided.
Walk out of the path and you are in the forest for many hiking opportunities. In the outskirts of Winterswijk, dogs are allowed to run loose almost everywhere, unless otherwise indicated.
The cozy center of Winterswijk is about 3 km away.
Winterswijk is ideal for beautiful walks through the woods and many sandy paths, but you are also in the right location for a nice cycling holiday.
The nearby unique nature reserve "Het Korenburgerveen" is well worth a visit (the dog must stay at home).
