We are Henk and Sijtske,
I have lived in the Achterhoek all my life, and my wife has lived for decades.
We bought this house in its original shell in 2000 and finished it according to our ideas.
We started renting out around 2002.
The house is located on the outskirts of Winterswijk, in a wooded area close to nature reserves.
We would like you to enjoy it.

The park is located in a lovely quiet rural setting near the natural park "Korenburgerveen". The core of town Winterswijk is ± 4 km away. This terrain is gently rolling and is surrounded by several farms. Small pieces of wood interrupt the landschap.De larger forests are only a few kilometers away from the park (It Woold). The Winterswijk countryside is a valuable cultural landscape with an extensive network of cycle paths and famous trails along meandering streams and winding country roads, ancient farmhouses and watermolens.Een ideal for walking and cycling, but also other forms of recreation are sufficiently aanwezig.Bekende nature in the area: 't Korenburgerveen,' t Zwillbrock (Ger) and Bekendelle in 't Woold.Verder there are several recreation pools, indoor pools a quarry, several local museums and castles in the buurt.Het nearest indoor pool and recreation pool can be found in the historic village Bredevoort just 4 km from the park.Voor more information about the surrounding area, please refer to the Tourist Winterswijk or Aalten.Erkend member Tourist Winterswijk.

General provisions: The bungalow is equipped for max 4 persons, only in consultation with the landlord may be permitted. The bungalow is on the day of arrival between 15.00-16.00 hours and should involve on the day of departure at 10.00 am in good condition left to worden.De final cleaning is done for you.

General Provisions
After receipt and acceptance of your reservation request by the owner, D-reizen will notify you of a provisional reservation. For a definitive reservation, you must transfer half of the total rental amount to us within 14 days. You will then receive a final confirmation of the rent. The remaining rent (+ deposit of € 150) must be paid in cash at the latest on the day of arrival or transferred to our bank account beforehand. This is the rear of the house. A fantastic garden with several seating areas. We have screens and a large parasol.
The living room has a cozy look. The SmartTV offers options to log in to your own streaming services. We have a complete TV offer. There is also air conditioning.
The master bedroom. Wonderful beds. Peace. Sleep well.
The hot tub is preheated by us with fresh water. So on arrival... splash in, have a glass and the holiday can begin.
Look... the sauna. It is so nice that you can change in the vestibule and put on your swimwear.
This is the entrance to the house. You will be surprised by the surprising layout of the garden with various seating areas.

The living room has a nice wood stove. We provide sufficient wood. Atmospheric warmth.
Look at this floor.... Old Walloons from the Achterhoek streets. Really ridden. Formerly by horse and carriage, today by cars and now in use you. Very authentic with wonderful underfloor heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. We provide the dishwasher tablets and kitchen linen. Well actually everything is present in this kitchen. Free to use.

Look... the sauna. It is so nice that you can change in the vestibule and put on your swimwear.
It is a Finnish sauna, but in terms of cosiness you could almost say an Achterhoek sauna.
Here you can sit super. Sssst... shut up... You don't hear anything at all. What an Achterhoek peace.
