THE CHALET: This has a spacious living room with a cozy seating area, TV with Netflix option. There is free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. Inventory has been thought of everywhere. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms with comfortable box springs. The bathroom has a shower and a spacious bath. The upstairs windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Outside there is a shed with a small roof. There is also a louch set where you can enjoy the sun, peace and each other. Children can also have a great time here! There is a swing, slide, large lawn and various toys, play mat, books and games inside.

Location: The beautiful Hilgelomeer is 300 meters away, where you can sunbathe or swim. You can walk all the way around the lake (5 km) and along the way you can enjoy a terrace at the Sevink Molle. There is also a playground and an indoor play paradise. You will find a supermarket 700 meters from the cottage. Within 1.5 km you can reach the market and the village. Winterswijk is a friendly village on the border of the Netherlands and Germany. The village combines beautiful nature with vibrant village life. Winterswijk has a pleasant center with restaurants and an extensive range of all kinds of shops. There is a busy market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There is also a cinema and a theater (nice to book). The village also has a lot to offer culturally. such as Vila Mondriaan, the Stone Quarry, the Korenburgerveen, De Bocholtsebaan. If you drive a little further, you will arrive in the rural German cities such as Bocholt, Vreden and Munster. The four-day cycling event takes place in early July and is especially fun to explore the beautiful places around Winterswijk.
In short, this house is surrounded by nature where there is plenty of peace and space and where you can enjoy each other and you can be in bustling Winterswijk in no time! The Chalet contains many brochures for restaurants, museums, play paradise, etc. and every month a new brochure about what there is to do in Winterswijk! You don't have to be bored...

We are Mark and Joanne and live with our 2 children in W'wijk. We rent this Chalet from 2015. People are very complimentary about the Chalet and the beautiful surroundings. And that is very nice for us to hear. We live nearby and regularly walk into the forest path and walk to Lake Hilgelo... Always enjoy the beautiful surroundings! In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
