The chalet is located at the holiday park De IJsvogel. Amidst verdant splendor, this retreat offers peace and serenity. Inside you will find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. From the terrace you can enjoy the sunset and sounds of nature.

The many facilities at the park make your stay extra comfortable and both young and old will not be bored for a moment: restaurant, snack bar, bar, playground, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, bicycle rental, bowling alley, football cage, fishing pond and an entertainment team during the school holidays. De Vrije Vogel is located in the beautiful Veluwe. The Veluwe is the most beautiful nature reserve in the Netherlands. Vast forests, wildly vegetated heaths, endless sand drifts, meandering streams and endless beautiful walking and cycling routes.

My name is Geert-Jan Westerbroek, 40 years old and owner of this beautiful chalet. I would like to welcome you here in Voorthuizen. I myself have lived in Uddel, two villages away, for 37 years. In daily life, I am a tennis teacher. I would like to share this beautiful place with you here on the Veluwe.

You will have the most contact with Henriet. She is the contact person and ensures that you can enjoy a great stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Dear guests,

The price is built up for rental of the chalet for max 5 people. Linen and towels are included in the price. We would like to welcome you in our new, cozy chalet in the beautiful park De IJsvogel!

Cancellation policy:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
