Utilities: Monthly rent includes a set quota for gas, electricity, and water (gas 45m³, electricity 140 kWh, water €20). Additional use will be charged based on actual consumption. Meter readings should be photographed at check-in and check-out. For shorter stays, the quota is adjusted proportionally.
