Welcome to Sunflower cottage! A romantic thatched farmhouse on the outskirts of Putten. The cottage is set in a stylish and peaceful park, a 5-minute walk from the forest.
From the hall you enter the spacious open kitchen. Do you like filter coffee or do you prefer Nespresso? Please indicate this when booking and we will prepare the device of your choice for you.
In the living room, with its many windows and the beautiful high ceiling, there is a comfortable 3-seater sofa, where you can relax or watch TV; 55"+ Netflix. Prefer to read a book with music? That is also possible, the cottage is fully equipped. From the living room you reach the beautiful spacious south-facing garden through the patio doors, where you can enjoy the sun all day in the summer completely privately. For those who prefer shade, there is a pergola with awning and there are several parasols. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double box spring bed.

There is plenty to do in the area. Forest and heaths within walking distance. We are talking about the Veluwe with its vast forests and heaths, many walking (including "Het Klompenpad") and cycling routes. The farm is located in Sterkhuizen near the village of Putten with several restaurants and a cozy village center. A little further on: Ermelo and Harderwijk where many catering establishments can also be found. Also think of the Dolfinarium, the boulevard and the city beach of Harderwijk. Schovenhorst Estate, Nulde beach, Hoge Veluwe Park, Salentein Castle, subtropical swimming pool Bosbad Putten, sauna Drôme (Putten) and the Veluwse Bron (Emst) In short; too much to mention and plenty to experience!
