The house has a spacious living room with smart TV, a separate spacious kitchen with combi oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a separate toilet in the hall. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with good beds for a relaxing night's sleep. Master bedroom has a 2 person electric bed. (1.60 wide)
Outside there is a spacious garden with terrace with garden furniture. In the shed there are bicycles (with gears and panniers) that you can use. You can park in your own parking space; There is room for 2 cars. Plot size: 330 m2.
In 10 min. you can cycle to the center of Putten, with a cozy weekly market, terraces, restaurants, shops and summer activities. Putten is a nice place to start a bike ride across the Veluwe. While cycling you will pass through a heathland or the varied forest. You will pass cozy villages such as Voorthuizen, Garderen or Ermelo and through forest, farmland, over the heath or along the water.
You can shop in Putten, Harderwijk, Amersfoort or Utrecht.
Do you like a day of sauna, hammam and massage? Sauna Drôme is 10 min. cycle. Enjoy a day of relaxation!
