Our detached, fully furnished chalet is located on a sunny plot with three terraces.
So there is always a sun or shade spot where you can sit. You can therefore enjoy unobstructed views, silence and tranquility. The park is located in a very wooded and heathland area of the Veluwe, where cycling and walking are a real pleasure. Nature at its best and right next to your door!

Our privacy-offering chalet, with a living area of 60 m2, is located in a neat part of the park, on the edge at the top left. You can therefore fully enjoy privacy and a wonderful feeling of peace and space. The chalet is located on a spacious plot of 300m2.
Our chalet is located on a very sunny plot and is shielded almost everywhere with high shrubs and fences, providing privacy.

The accommodation is non-smoking (indoors) and has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a combination oven/microwave, a sitting area with large flat-screen television and a bathroom with shower.
You can enjoy a meal at the indoor dining area, but also on one of the three terraces, including a beautiful sitting area under a large canopy with a view of the garden and the chalet.
If you want to explore the Veluwe, you can take many beautiful bike rides in the extensive surroundings. You can rent a bicycle quickly and easily in both Putten and Garderen.
After just 300 meters from the park entrance you are in the forest for a nice walk or bike ride. The village center of Putten offers a nice range of shops and supermarkets (including Jumbo, AH, Plus and Lidl). Every Wednesday morning there is a pleasant market with various stalls.
The park has no facilities of its own, but is aimed at providing you with a maximum sense of peace and quiet. There are of course plenty of facilities within walking or cycling distance, such as swimming, climbing and bicycle rental. Recreational options such as the Schovenhorst Estate (with its Forest Tower), Subtropical Forest Bath and Saunadrome (all in Putten) or the Climbing Forest, De Sculpture Garden and Ice Age ice cream parlor (all in Garderen). In addition, the following attractions can be visited within a short (car) distance: Apenheul, Julianatoren and Paleis 't Loo (Apeldoorn), Dolfinarium, Walibi and Sauna Zwaluwhoeve (Harderwijk) and Amersfoort Zoo, or relax on the beaches at Nulde or the Veluwemeer. .
But the Kroller Muller Museum in “De Hoge Veluwe National Park” is also definitely worth a visit.

The Veluwemeer fulfills an important tourist function, mainly for water and beach recreation. There are a large number of marinas and catering establishments on the lake. The Veluwemeer is an elongated lake between the northern Veluwe and Eastern Flevoland.
It is one of the Veluwe border lakes that were created after the reclamation of the IJsselmeer.
In the southwest, past the Veluwemeer Aqueduct near Harderwijk, the Veluwemeer borders the Wolderwijd. In the northeast, past the bridge at Elburg, it borders the Drontermeer.
