Relax in our large non-smoking holiday home in the most beautiful spot of the recreation park de Witte Wieven.
Located on the edge of the woods of Nunspeet. For a top hiking, biking and golf area, with the tranquility and plenty of space.
The bungalow has a very large and spacious L living room (almost 40 square meters) and is equipped with a lovely sliding door to a covered terrace so that you have a great / attractive view of the large garden.
The bungalow has 3 bedrooms (see photos) with very good adjustable beds. Large bedroom with a double bed (but separate comfort mattresses 90-200cm in it), the second 2 person bedroom has two separate box spring beds (90-200cm) that can also be pushed together. The last bedroom, with lockable door, has a 1 person box spring bed. So in total there are 5 sleeping places for possibly. 5 adults.
Extra cot (camping bed) is optional. can be booked at an additional cost and can easily be added to the large or 1 person bedroom if necessary.
Shower room with toilet, living room with TV and laminate flooring, kitchen and veranda. The bungalow is very spacious and enclosed by a large forest garden of approximately 600m2. Large terrace of 50m2 and an extra sitting pit with artificial grass of 36m2 where you can sit outside. There is a double garage where you can park your car and possibly bicycles. Various outdoor seating areas available. Extra chairs are in the garage. The garden also has its own garden gate that can be locked. Through this gate you don't have to cross the park but you can go directly and quickly to the nice village of Nunspeet where there is always a holiday feeling.
WiFi is FREE as an extra service but of course never as fast as at home. Downloading something heavy (e.g. movies) is therefore not ideal as you often have at home. There is a covered terrace. The area has beautiful cycle paths including routes everywhere, so great for cycling and walking.
The riding school at the park is a 3-minute walk away where you have the opportunity to ride your horse for an hour or to make a reservation. (info at the park)
Free use of the outdoor swimming pool at the park in season. (Ascension Day until mid-Sept).
Right behind the park (so a 5-minute walk away) a completely new and large indoor swimming pool has been opened. This has many (sports) facilities but you can also go bowling and the swimming pool has 2 water slides, paddling pool, etc. as an extra (look at swimming pool Wiltsangh) This "sports/swimming" paradise (the first chlorine-free swimming pool in Europe), is open all year round and is fully equipped for the future.
Recreational lake "DE ZANDENPLAS" at 6 min walking distance. You can also rent SUP BOARDS at this recreational lake. Large golf course within cycling distance. (4 Min) and there is catering (incl. terrace) available when the weather is nice.
Tips for various trips within a short distance: a.o. Het Loo Palace, Dolfinarium in Harderwijk, Walibi, Julianatoren, Apenheul, animal park Amersfoort, hidden village in Vierhouten, Staverden Castle, visitor center with watchtower in Nunspeet (definitely recommended for the kids) etc. Water sports are also possible in the immediate vicinity such as surfing, boat rental or supping on a board, etc.
In the early and late season we can arrange a lot with regard to. arrival and departure day but also with regard to the rental period. We are very flexible.
We rent based on trust , which is why we do not charge extra cleaning costs, hence our competitive rental price. We trust that you will leave the bungalow in the same neat condition after your rental period. Good former tenants have been coming back to our holiday spot for many years. Be sure to read the reviews of new tenants and then you know that we like to make our tenants happy and are very flexible.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUNGALOW but this is possible under the covered outdoor terrace of the bungalow.
Please use a maximum of 10 Amps in the bungalow. So don't turn on several devices at the same time. This applies to the entire park.
There is a ban on open fires and the use of fire pits and in code orange (dry weather) it is not allowed to BBQ with coals due to the risk of fire in the park and entirely in the Veluwe. In code dry weather, this will also be everywhere in the park and at the barrier and reception.
We have now built up a large database of regular former tenants, which is why you should book or inquire well in advance. See or read various reviews from many former tenants who have been coming back for many years and who give an average high score of 8.9. We are therefore sure that every tenant will be very satisfied and will enjoy the holiday in our bungalow. As a landlord, I am certainly flexible and if possible I arrange a lot on request. HOWEVER, NEVER FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN BED AND LINEN.
