d'Oude Boshut

d'Oude Boshut is a cozy house on a beautiful plot at the edge of the forest with a sun-drenched garden on the east.  

The house will be equipped with a new kitchen in 2024 and has a bathroom both downstairs and upstairs, making it comfortable for young and old to live in. 

A large garden with lots of privacy and unobstructed views has all kinds of seating areas to enjoy the sun and the soothing sounds of the forest.  A squirrel comes to the terrace every morning to see if there is something tasty to get.

I was born in Zutphen and grew up in the beautiful Achterhoek, but have been living in Friesland for years now. Yet this wooded area of Lochem with its sandy paths and bocage landscape beckoned. We like to let others enjoy this lovely cottage in the woods.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
