Sunny holiday home on the Veluwe,
Our holiday home is located on a small-scale holiday park 'Landgoed Kerkendel'. From the park you can walk in a few minutes to the largest sand drift in Northern Europe, 'Het Kootwijkerzand'. There are numerous beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. You can also explore the area by covered wagon or horseback.
Our house is located on a spacious plot (400m2), located next to an ornamental pond with fountain.
The south/south-west location is very favorable to enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds.

  The park offers numerous facilities that you can use free of charge, such as:
  • Table tennis table
  • Tennis court
  • Badminton court
  • Fitness (minimum age 16 years)
  • Kids corner
  • Jeu de boules courts
  • Plaza (catering facility, only on Saturdays)
  • Playground
  • Trampolines
Holiday park De Berkenhorst is a few minutes' walk away. This park has various facilities such as a small supermarket and bicycle rental.

Welcome to our lovely chalet on the Veluwe!

We are the Keij family and we live in Zoetermeer.
Since 2021 we are the happy owners of this beautifully located chalet on Kerkendel Estate. Since then we enjoy the cosiness, the lovely garden and the beautiful surroundings.
We have already experienced many beautiful moments. We cordially invite everyone to come and experience the same!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Bring your own bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen. Mattress cover for double bed 160x200 is already being made clean.
Different changeover days are possible in consultation.

Long-term rental low season in consultation

No rental to groups of young people

Charging an electric car is not allowed, unless in consultation!

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  •  cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  •  Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  •  Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  •  cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

This stove is easy to light and gives just that little bit of extra atmosphere to a long evening. Wood can be ordered you will then get matching kindling and split logs for 2 to 4 evenings incl. firelighters.

When you see this sign, you know you're there. This cottage has the predicate nature house. The light in a quiet area adjacent to the Crown Domains.
This is the seating area opposite the patio doors that open onto the porch. Great place to relax in inclement weather.
