O Deer! has a spacious living room with television, wifi, cooling and sliding doors to the terrace and garden, for the real feeling of outdoor living. Adjacent is a dining area and open kitchen, equipped with 4-burner stove, freezer, refrigerator, oven-microwave, Nespresso machine, milk frother and filter coffee machine.

The master bedroom has a spacious double Swiss Sense box spring bed. There is a large linen closet with sliding doors, with plenty of hanging and shelving space. The windows can be darkened.

The bathroom with sink, toilet and shower also contains a washer-dryer. 

The second bedroom has a single loft bed and a one-and-a-half-person bed perpendicular underneath. There is also a spacious linen closet here. 

Smoking is not allowed inside.

In the garden shed with garden tools there is the possibility to store bicycles and charge bicycle batteries and you will find luxury garden chairs, a lounger for outside, the switch for atmospheric outdoor lighting and a fire pit.

Kerkendel Estate
On the estate there is a restaurant, tennis court, badminton court, jeu de boules court, large playground, table tennis table both inside and outside, billiards-snooker table and a modern gym that you can use free of charge.

The Area
A 5-minute walk away is the Kootwijkerzand 'the largest sand drift in the Netherlands' with adjacent forest to Radio Kootwijk, the crown domains of Het Loo Palace, Hoog Soeren, the Stroese Heide, Speulderbos and the Hoge Veluwe National Park with the Kruller Muller museum.

For those who also want to go by car.
Kootwijk is very centrally located. Just 1 km away from the A1 motorway to major cities; Amersfoort, Apeldoorn, Arnhem, Deventer, Harderwijk, Utrecht and Zutphen can be reached within 30 minutes. 
Amsterdam, Enschede, Nijmegen and Zwolle are a good hour's drive away.
