The spacious forest garden of over 7,500 m² embraces the house and offers plenty of privacy and space to wander. Follow the wolf trail and be surprised by the greenery and freedom of your own piece of forest.
The area breathes atmosphere and history. Old farms and stately castles with graceful gardens together with extensive forests form a beautiful backdrop. Here you can make the most beautiful walks and bike rides. You can get on your bike in no time: the cycling junction routes start directly behind the house. The MTB route of Zelhem is also within easy reach.
Those who want to be active have plenty of choice in the area. Tee off on the golf course, brave the climbing forest, experience the speed on the cable water ski slope or discover the challenging trails of the Bergherbos by mountain bike. Lovers of art and culture can indulge themselves at the Museum MORE, the Lalique Museum, or during a visit to the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Doesburg. Gallery Aaldering and the Fire Brigade Museum are also worth a visit.
You can enjoy culinary delights at Jaimy's Steakhouse or Villa Ruimzicht, among others. In the cozy Grutstraat in Doetinchem you will also find various attractive eateries.
The split-level house has a playful layout with four levels, where the sunlight is given free rein. On the ground floor are the entrance, a comfortable living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace, the kitchen and a storage room. In the basement you will find a bedroom with twin beds, an adjoining bathroom, a separate toilet and direct access to the terrace. The first floor features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed. At the very top, a wonderful spa room with sauna, whirlpool and shower awaits you — a place to completely unwind.
For the little ones, a crib and children's travel cot are available on request. Of course, you can use Wi-Fi and cable TV.
