Holiday home Pimpel & Mees in Groesbeek:

- Prices include bed, bath and kitchen linen.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.
- Arrival time: from 4:00 PM Departure time: until 11:00 AM
- Only the number of people allowed to stay in the house
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 21 years.
- This is a fireworks-free house.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Electric charging of vehicles other than bicycles is not permitted on the home's network. Normal consumption of gas, electricity and water is included. (Based on the equipment and associated settings associated with the home).
- Upon departure, the tenant must leave the house tidy. Microwave, hob and other kitchen appliances must be left clean.
Keep dishes clean and put away and dispose of waste in the park's waste containers.
If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
If you cancel up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the travel sum
If you cancel from the 42nd to the 30th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the travel sum.
If you cancel from the 30th day before the start of the rental period or during the rental period, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum.
