Dutch Delight - Big private garden

Wonderfully Dutch with a view of the meadows and lots of privacy compared to other accommodations in this park. The spacious holiday home with three bedrooms is located on the Groene Heuvels on the Betuwe in Ewijk. The house has a large garden with lawn and two places to eat. A six-person dining area and a covered seating area where you can have a nice drink outside in the evening or when it rains. The 600m2 plot offers complete privacy for you and your traveling companions.

'Dutch Delight' comes from the interior with a Dutch touch, which varies from Delft Blue to flower bulbs. You can even dress up in Old Dutch style for a memorable photo opportunity. The comfort is not old Dutch, the house has recently been modernized and offers everything for a comfortable holiday in the middle of nature.

The park's facilities are extensive, including its own recreational lake with beach, an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant, a bowling alley and a miniature golf course. Right next to the park is Fundustry climbing forest. Because the park is located in the Great Rivers area, it is the ideal base for beautiful walking and cycling trips.

Layout:
Upon entering you will immediately find a spacious bathroom on your right with a large shower, toilet, washbasin and a design radiator. On the left of the hallway is the utility room, complete with washing machine, dryer and plenty of extra storage space. One of the three bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning, can also be found on the ground floor.

The living room is an inviting space with a generous but cozy seating area, a smart TV and a fireplace, all heated by underfloor heating. This bright living room is oriented towards the garden and through the French doors you enter the terrace that overlooks a garden of up to 12 meters deep.

At the end of the garden there is a picturesque landscape, with meadows, the Bergharen church tower and the enchanting setting sun. It is truly one of the gems of the park. A large dining table, a covered seating area and some cozy seating areas offer plenty of opportunity to enjoy this garden.

From the living room you enter the modern kitchen, equipped with built-in appliances and all the necessities for a good start, such as coffee, tea, oil and spices. You can use a Bosch combi oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Krups coffee machine.

On the upper floor there are two further spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique style, a relaxation corner and high ceilings that provide a feeling of space. The house has solar panels and free WiFi is available.

Environment:
Centrally located in the Netherlands and easily accessible from the A73, A15 and A50, this holiday park in the Groene Heuvels is 10 km from the city of Nijmegen. The park offers everything for a complete family holiday with the lake and entertainment in the summer.

From the house you can walk within 5 minutes to the event location on the Groene Heuvels where Down The Rabbit Hole takes place. The Airborne Museum with 'the Battle of Arnhem', the Four Days Marches of Nijmegen, Gelredome and Goffert Park are all within a 20-25 minute drive from the park.
