This detached, thatched Veluwe farmhouse and holiday home can be found in the beautiful, quiet "Parc Veluwerijck" in Ermelo.

The spacious house is fully equipped, including a large, luxuriously equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, Boretti gas stove with double oven). There is also WiFi, CD/DVD player, flat screen TV/radio. . In addition to the central heating, there is also a lovely wood-burning stove.

The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room. Detergents etc. are provided as well as an ironing board and iron. There is also a freezer here.

The car can be parked next to the house (private parking) and there are several terraces around the house where you can stay in both the sun and the shade. Due to the location of the garden, privacy is guaranteed.

The very quiet park has 24 farms and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, hikers, cyclists/mountain bikers and horse riders. The park has no other facilities. But it is also very suitable for lovers of the beach (6 km), sitting on terraces, eating out and shopping. Parc Veluwerijck is a quiet and non-commercial park: all houses are privately owned.

I rent especially during the holidays but it is also possible to rent my place in other periods. During part of the year the property is used by myself to enjoy the tranquility, the wood stove, the hiking and mountain biking in the Veluwe region.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The cottage is basically rented from Friday to Friday, 7 nights. Deviations due to holiday periods are possible (such as Easter and Pentecost).

For bookings for several weeks: 10% discount on the weeks after the 1st week.


All week: Arrival on Friday between 16:00 -18:00 - Departure on Friday between 9:00 - 10:00.


If you have specific wishes regarding the period, please feel free to contact me.


There are NO ADDITIONAL COSTS apart from  tourist tax.


Deposit and 25% deposit to be paid upon booking, only then is the booking final. Remainder no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. Deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the stay.

I recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

The Cancellation Fees are:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 21 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 21 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
