A night away, a few days or even longer... that's possible in Kukeluusje!
This brand new 4-person holiday home is fully equipped, on the Veluwe, in beautiful Ermelo. Cozy shopping streets and beautiful nature (nice cycling through the woods and heath) is within easy reach. In this cozy house you can really relax. Go climbing with the children at Klimbos Ermelo, ride a horse or go to the Schaapskooi. Or sit down on the many terraces in Ermelo. There is also plenty to do in the area. This way you can be in Harderwijk in less than fifteen minutes. Go to the beach or the Dolfinarium. Do you want to relax for a day? The Zwaluwhoeve is nearby.

The air-conditioned holiday home is located in a small-scale park, which is very nice. You have your own private parking space in front of the door. Oh yes, the cottage is pet-free.

Hi, we are Richard and Lisanne and we live in Vinkeveen. Although the Vinkeveense Plassen are wonderful, we sometimes miss some forest around us. Especially Richard because he has lived in the Veluwe for many years. That is why we have a holiday home in Ermelo since the end of 2023. We can now call it our second home, we love it here! Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
