In the beautiful forest and heathland area of Epe is our 4-6 person (max. 4 adults / 2 children) holiday home on a spacious plot of 700 m2. The area is known for its many wildlife: roe deer, boar, foxes, badgers and red deer. 


The atmospheric, bright and spacious holiday home is fully equipped. Prices are for 2 people and include WiFi, electricity, unlimited firewood. Price does not include final cleaning. Gas consumption is deducted from the deposit. Pets are welcome!

Ground floor: Entrance, spacious hall with loft, open staircase and wardrobe corner. Spacious living room with central heating, wood stove, open kitchen with 4 burner gas hob, coffee maker (filter) and refrigerator. Utility room with 2nd toilet, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and freezer. Through the utility room you reach the spacious indoor storage room. Through the sliding doors (with a screen door) access to the sunny terraces. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. Spacious carport and lockable bicycle shed.


First floor: landing, bedroom with 1x double bed, bedroom with 2x single bed (or a double arrangement on request ). Both bedrooms have spacious hanging / leg fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (only suitable for children). All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

We are Ted & Ad and we live with our 2 dogs Sepp and Frits and cat Puk in a tiny hamlet in the middle of the Veluwe. Our holiday home Sprengenbos is located in a wonderfully quiet, small-scale private forest park in Epe. It is located on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the beautiful extensive heathland area of the Renderklippen. It is very nice to let guests enjoy the beautiful environment in which we live. And pets are very welcome. Hope to see you in Epe!

Prices apply to 2 people and include final cleaning, energy (excluding gas!) and WiFi.


Additional costs:

Gas consumption (actual gas consumption € 1.45 per m3 will be deducted from the refund of the deposit).    

3rd to 6th person € 7.50 per person per night.

Pets € 5,-- per pet per night.

Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per night

Final cleaning € 65,-
