This unique house is located in a quiet small-scale forest park. The house stands on a plot of over 1000 m2.
It is a wooded plot, but also plenty of space to enjoy the sun.
Extremely suitable location for nature lovers and people who can still enjoy the peace and quiet.
The deer and boar come close. Hikers and cyclists can go out directly from the house.
The house has two floors. The four bedrooms and the bathroom are located in the basement, where there is daylight everywhere. In the summer it is nice and cool to sleep, so an air conditioner is not necessary with us.
The floor is 1 meter above the ground. The floor is connected to a large veranda of 8.50 meters by 2.20 meters.
The house is cosily furnished and is equipped with every luxury, see also the reviews of our guests, including many returning guests.
The house is heated by underfloor heating.
On the first floor is a fireplace and a wood stove. The fireplace can be lit from December 1 when the trees have lost their leaves, due to the draught of the chimney.
There is no canteen, playgrounds or playground equipment in the park.
In the summer you can use the parasol and there are relax chairs.
There is a separate shed for your bicycles and/or E-bikes with a charging point. And in this barn there is a gas barbeque and the relax chairs.
This shed can be closed well.
For stays of a week or longer, it is possible to reserve the washing machine. The costs for this are € 15,-- per week.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is non-smoking.
The town of Emst is located between Vaassen and Epe.
These cozy places offer plenty of entertainment and all large supermarkets are available. For a forgotten message and fresh rolls, you can visit the camping shop of campsite 'De Wildhoeve' from April to the end of October, which is within walking distance.
If you want to eat out, you can go to the culinary Vierhouten. From pancake house to culinary dinner, you can go in all directions there.
Also recommended is the Coach House of Cannenburgh Castle in Vaassen.
