This luxurious 6-person holiday home and large garden is located at recreation park "De Friese Wadden". A quiet park, located a few kilometers away from the Wadden Sea, Franeker and Harlingen, a great base for trips to, for example, Leeuwarden, one of the Wadden Islands or the lake area.
At our house we have realized an outdoor area with a barn. Under the roof of the barn is a spa with outdoor shower (hot and cold).
In the barn there is a sauna with changing room. Both the sauna and the spa can accommodate 5 people. The outdoor area is fully fenced.
The house is fully equipped and has a spacious living room. There is an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, combi microwave, Senseo, Nespresso and filter coffee. Furthermore, the house has a TV, Wifi box and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi with Netflix is also available.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom with rain shower and separate hand shower and a toilet (separate room, not in bathroom). On the 1st floor there are 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets.
Our house has a spacious living room with patio doors to a lovely terrace with spacious lounge area and chairs with all-weather cushion, dining table with chairs and picnic table. The view is wide and if you look up every now and then, you will regularly see a bird of prey hanging in the air in search of prey. There is a spacious lawn around the house where you can play.
On the plot of almost 600 m2 there is a parking space suitable for 2 cars. Pets (maximum 2) are also welcome (house very suitable for this because of full fence).
The park has a swimming pool (free access), a playground, a snack bar and free use of the tennis courts. There is a bakery within walking distance, where a limited range of groceries is also available.
The house is intended for recreational purposes. Housing of employees/workers is not allowed. (Youth) groups are also not welcome in the house.
