What was once the barn of d'Oude Herbergh has been transformed into a cute wooden house for 4 people; 't Oppertje. It doesn't seem big, but because the bedrooms are upstairs, there is enough space downstairs for the living room with open kitchen, the bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. With a terrace by the garden doors on the west and wooden decking terrace on the waterfront with lounge sets, we offer wonderful seats for barbecuing or relaxing. A delight for water sports enthusiasts, anglers or peace seekers.
The (own or rental) boat can be moored right next to the house. There are 2 two-person canoes on the property for the general use of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and oven and 3 different coffee makers. There is also a washing machine. Upstairs, the rooms are equipped with lovely hotel beds, one room with a double bed of 160x200 cm and the other with 2 single beds. The car can be parked at the house and bicycles can be parked in our garage and possibly charged. There is a Smart TV, cable channels and Wifi.
Because the house has underfloor heating, it can be rented all year round.
Fun fact; the term 't Oppertje comes from inland shipping; a Oppertje is a sheltered spot in the lee to moor the ship for the night.
