Beppe's Polle is a beautiful detached holiday home located in the historic village of Molkwerum (located between the towns of Hindeloopen and Stavoren) on one of the most beautiful spots in Friesland.
The house is located on open waters (Eleven Cities Route) with a large garden approximately 1600 m2 and 200 meters from the IJsselmeer.
In the months of May to October you can make free use of a boat (chimney) with a 6 hp engine, there are also 4 bicycles available.
The house was newly built in 2020 with a heat pump and is modernly furnished.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning.
There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor.
The spacious living room has an open kitchen with cooking island and modern appliances including a microwave, induction hob and dishwasher.
In the utility room is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a good WiFi connection everywhere in the house.
Through the sliding doors you enter the south-facing terrace with a great, spacious view over the water and the countryside and through the patio doors you reach the 2nd terrace where the sun rises.
This is the place for rest and relaxation!
If you want to go out, a visit to the towns of Hindeloopen and Stavoren is a must. A little further, Workum is also a place of interest.
Within cycling distance is the large Rijsterbos on one side and the IJsselmeer on the other. A beautiful area for cycling.
