Between the living room and kitchen is a cozy dining area. There is a bathroom with toilet downstairs and an extra toilet upstairs. The house features a garden and a terrace on the water. Fiber optic internet available. Smoking is not allowed inside and pets are not allowed.

The house is located on the edge of the Zuidlaardermeer in the north of Drenthe. The Zuidlaardermeer offers the opportunity for swimming, canoeing, supping and sailing. From Midlaren it is only 5 minutes by car to the tourist village of Zuidlaren with many shops and eateries. Haren and Groningen can also be reached quickly. The surroundings of Midlaren are ideal for cycling and walking (Noordlaarderbos, the 50-Bunder or Appelbergen). It is located on the north side of the Drentsche Aa area and Geopark De Hondsrug. The cottage is therefore the perfect place to stay for the Pieterpad. At the Zuidlaardermeer you can find cozy pavilions where you can also rent a sloop. For those who love golf, there is a beautiful golf course in Glimmen, just three kilometers away.
