De Strandhoed Drenthe is equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, oven, kettle and (Senseo) coffee maker & fridge-freezer.
The cosy living area features a TV and comfortable seating.
The bedrooms offer a good night's sleep because of good blackout blinds and (fly) screens.
Both bedrooms have wardrobe space to store your clothes.
Shower room available, here are also several shelves to prepare your towels and clothes. A hair dryer is also provided.
The toilet is in a separate room in the chalet.
There is always a high chair and bed rack in the chalet, optionally a cot can be rented from the park on request.
Outside, you can enjoy the fresh air in the beautiful garden or relax by the poolside.
At the chalet itself, the spacious veranda with lounge set offers a perfect place for a summer barbecue or other meal with afternoon/evening sun at the chalet. From the lounge set on the veranda you have a beautiful view of the edge of the forest where the park borders. The birds are chirping towards you.
For your convenience, a free car park is available for you at the property.

Bike rental is available here. There is also a small petting zoo in the park with goats, among other things.
Our chalet is ideally located close to the facilities that the park has to offer.
A 5-minute walk via a forest path from the park will take you to a beautiful lake (see photos) with a large sandy beach.
