My very spacious, comfortable holiday home with energy label A, located on a quiet small-scale holiday park in a recreation area in North Drenthe, has been rented out recreationally since 2021. The house is fully equipped and very fully furnished. Around the house is a large secluded garden with lots of privacy. Both sun worshippers and shade seekers will find a suitable place in the garden all day long. The holiday home offers a lot of space and is very nicely laid out. WIRELESS FAST WIFI AND TV VIA FIBER. The holiday home is equipped with solar panels. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED (pets of your visitors are not welcome either).
The park has 4 charging points for electric cars.
On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room with a second seat in the bay window.
The dining area is spacious with access to the open kitchen and terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a regular coffee machine, a Senseo machine, a combination microwave and a large fridge and freezer combination.
In the hall there is a fully tiled toilet. From the kitchen you enter an indoor heated shed room, where there is a washing machine. Here you will find the garden furniture and there is room for bicycles. The floors downstairs (except for the barn area) are covered with PVC.
On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms of about 11 and 14 square meters. Each bedroom has 2 box-spring beds and a double wardrobe with 3 drawers.
The floors have laminate. The curtains are blackout. French windows are equipped with mosquito nets to enjoy a pleasant night's sleep.
In the fully tiled bathroom you will find a sink and a shower and a 2nd toilet.
The holiday home is located in a well-maintained quiet recreation park and is particularly suitable for people who like peace and quiet, want to explore the area on foot, by bike or by car, love museums, visit cities, etc. This destination is also ideal for families with 1 or 2 young children up to 10 years old. There is a small playground available. Use at your own risk. The spacious garden also offers opportunities to play.
There is a recreational lake 1.5 kilometers away where you can swim. The recreation park borders a heath with a fen where you can take a nice walk.
In the villages of Roden and Norg there are nice terraces and restaurants. There are supermarkets in the area for daily shopping. Roden in particular has an extensive store stock.
