Annul
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, the tenant must inform the landlord of this.
You must confirm this in writing to the landlord by e-mail.

A cancellation is completely free of charge up to 1 week before the arrival date of the rental period.
A cancellation less than 7 days before the rental period: then you pay the full  agreed amount.

All prices include electricity, bed linen, kitchen towels and cleaning costs.

Excluded: Tourist tax of 1.45 euros per person per night

A deposit is also paid, the amount is 150 euros. This amount will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided that nothing is broken! Those costs will then be deducted from the deposit amount.

Your pet is also very welcome.
2 pets per cottage, 25 euros will be charged per pet.

Also on request:
a breakfast 15 euros per person
camping cot  7.50 euros per stay
high chair 7.50 euros per stay

Arrival times are between 15.00 - 16.00
And in consultation, those times can be adjusted.

Please call or send a message 30 minutes before arrival so that we are there to hand over the key.

Departure time is between 9.00 - 10.00  am
