Kujava

My name is Hans and I have a second home in Montenegro, the country that is often referred to as the Pearl of the Adriatic.

House Kujava is located near the town of Danilovgrad in the middle of what is referred to as the most beautiful valley in the country. The house has been completely renovated in the past 3 years and equipped with everything that gives convenience and tranquility. There is a recently constructed swimming pool in the garden with outdoor shower, Wifi available, a sound system, books, many terraces, fireplace inside, a wood stove, air conditioning in the living room and in 1 bedroom. There is an outdoor campfire area, 2500 m2 of land, apple trees and other fruit trees, sheep, goats and shepherds in the area and lots of privacy.

The house, which does have neighbors, but then you are talking about 250 meters further, is about 4 kilometers away from Danilovgrad: an authentic town with many restaurants, supermarkets, terraces etc. Our house is located against the picturesque village of Kujava. Nearby, about 1 kilometer further, flows the river Zeta in which we enjoy swimming, sunbathing, diving, or canoeing every year.

There are many chairs, terrace tables, sun loungers for outside. The wood that is outside next to the house can be used in the stove and campfire place.
We get a lot of our food from the neighborhood: organic and healthy. Salmon trout from the river and tasty and good meat from the butcher in the village. The food here is really delicious and honest. Many restaurants in the area, which are very affordable and often very good. On the coast, everything is a bit more expensive.

The incredibly beautiful coast can be reached within an hour by car. After a busy day at the sea, it is always wonderful to relax in our valley.

In short, if you like peace, beautiful nature and the real Montenegrins (who are not so attracted to tourists here in the valley) then you are in the best location in the vicinity of the Adriatic Sea and the river Zeta.
